- How to Analyze your data?
- How to visualize your data?
- How to you communicate your findings from the Analysis?
- What do we offer?
- How can we help you?
In the area of supply chain management, we offer different types of analytics for different types of organizations. For example, in support of a very large government contractor that supplies numerous commodities to its government clientele, DynamicsRPA developed the following reports:
Three Spend Data reports provide information on corporate spend. They show the split between materials and services, the spend by Commodity, by Program and by Supplier. Drilling down into the detail provides information at the purchase order transaction level, allowing the user to determine the volume of transactions for each commodity, program, supplier etc.
Two Supply Base reports provide information on Purchase Orders (POs) and suppliers. They show how many POs were issued by each Program, for each Commodity and to each Supplier. One can see how many suppliers are available for each region, program, commodity, and the spend with each supplier, allowing the user to identify our most frequently used suppliers.
Two Corporate Spend reports break down spend by corporate vs non-corporate agreements, showing the data by supplier, by program and by region. They show both the number of POs and the associated spend per supplier. These reports allow the procurement division to identify opportunities for pursuing additional corporate agreements, seeking volume discounts, special pricing, or other potentially favorable arrangements.
Our Transaction Metrics report breaks down the number of POs and the Total Spend into those POs for $10,000 and below (micro purchases) and those greater than $10,000. In our example, in 2022, roughly 80% of our POs but only 6.4% of ourspend is on POs less than $10,000. This information can help drive efficiencies by pushing the high volume, low value micro purchases to PCards.
Our On-Time report shows the on-time delivery of purchased line items by both PO line, Supplier and Program. There is an overall On-time goal of 95% of all items delivered on time. However, in our example in 2022 it shows currently tracking at 59% on time. This report will help users identify suppliers that are consistently late and those programs that experience frequent late deliveries.
The Purchase Request(PR) to Purchase Order (PO) Cycle report shows the time from receipt ofthe Purchase Requests (PR) to issuance of the PO. It displays by Program, Supplier, Category and Commodity.
The Small Business report shows the Diversity and Small Business performance for each Program, giving details for the six major categories (SB, HUB, SDB, WOSB,VOSB and SDVOSB). This allows the user to track diversity performance, determine the spend with each category and highlight which programs are meeting their objectives.
