Analyze what has been identified and determine their need to be improved
Reengineer these processes for efficiency, speed and less cost.
Allocate Resources to each process from the organization to execute on the changes
Execute the improved processes replacing the old ones
Check and double check and measure the success of the process in creating more productivity and efficiency in the organization.
