Mr. Khosrowshahi is an entrepreneur and the founder of Trident, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in software development, information technology, telecommunications and wireless network design and system engineering. He has been the founder of several successful Internet eCommerce and Media and content streaming companies. Additionally, Mr. Khosrowshahi has extensive experience in the wireless telecommunications field and designed and launched Trident’s microwave wireless network in the Metro Washington, DC area, for voice and data communications. He is experienced in building large networks and messaging for voice, data, and SMS infrastructures. He has also designed and developed enterprise grade software for employee workforce management called ExtendTimeTM.
Mr. Khosrowshahi has also been responsible for launching Trident’s Government practice and has obtained multiple contracts with agencies such as NASA valued over $180 million to support Engineering, Scientific Research and Project Management services. In performing and executing many projects and tasks, he has been able to implement RPA solutions to improve various business processes and save substantial costs for its clients. These BPR processes include improvements in procurement processes, subcontractor management and cash flow maximization processes to name a few.
Mr. Khosrowshahi has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr.Hansell is a well educated and experienced professional with over 20 years of experience. He has been Deputy Project Manager for large NASA contracts and well versed in managing tasks, budgets, and business processes. He has managed large programs for Departmentof Energy, and Housing and Urban Development and is a seasoned project manager that understands the ins and outs of the Federal contracting environment. His knowledge of the 8(a) program, FAR, and contracting procedures has been invaluable in managing these projects efficiently to increase the number of task orders it has, and revenue. Mr. Hansell is knowledgeable and experienced on the application of RPA and identifying points of duplication and where new efficiencies can be achieved.
Mr. Hansell serves on the National Board of the Grant Professionals Association (GPA), is the President of the Southwest Institute for the Education of Native Americans (SIENA) and is on the board for the Hopi Education Endowment Fund (HEEF) where he serves as the Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee. Mr. Hansell has a Bachelorof Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota and Master of Public Administration as well from the University of North Dakota.
Mr. Amole possesses over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and contracts management for government contractors and various commercial businesses. Mr. Amole is experienced in managing accounting, budgeting, purchasing, and invoicing, contracts and agreements, payroll, pricing, and government compliance for large contracts. He is well versed in implementation of RPA tools in enterprise ERP systems and has been instrumental in expanding the utilization of the Microsoft Dynamics accounting system for Government contractors. He has been instrumental in implementing RPA processes for NASA contracts.
Prior to joining Trident, Mr. Amole served at OAO Corporation for many years in a variety of roles, such as Director of Internal Audit, PMO Officer, Controller and Accounting Manager. He designed cost and pricing models enabling development of successful bids on contracts for DoD, NASA and EPA. As well, he managed all financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budget development, reporting, billing, forecasting, cost accounting, cost analysis and control, capital planning, asset management, procurement, compliance and cost disclosure statements for government contracts, strategic planning, and financial systems improvement.
Mr. Amole graduated from West Virginia University, completed the Executive MBA program at George Washington University and is licensed CPA in Maryland.
Mr. Mukushi is a Senior RPA Specialist with many years of business process automation expertise. He has over 15 years working experience in finance and accounting in commercial and government sectors with 8 years specifically working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems in all aspects including systems implementations, business process improvement, and financial and project reporting.
Prior to joining Trident, Mr. Mukushi worked on financial and management reporting projects, business process automation, and accounting policy and systems reviews in the commercial and nonprofit sectors for entities like Fannie Mae, Chevy Chase Bank, and AIIM. Additionally, he has 8 years of expertise and strategic management experience in treasury management, portfolio management, and investment banking working for Standard Chartered Bank and African Banking Corporation.
He is an accomplished professional with proven expertise in finance, management, and systems. Mr. Mukushi holds an MBA in Finance and Management from American University, and a BSc (Hons) in Business from the University of Buckingham.
Mr. Kumar is a Senior Project Manager with expertise in RPA implementations having 27 years of experience. He possesses vast experience in area of business process automation, business process improvement, third party integrations & collaborations. He has been working on RPA tools, almost all Microsoft technologies (right from Visual Basic to PowerApps), Data Visualization and Analytics. Expertise in working on domains of Banking, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical.
Prior to joining Trident, Mr. Kumar worked on automation, integration and Data Analytics projects. He managed projects for automating workflow, writing custom ERP solution for large manufacturing firm, built ERP on top of behind the scene systems like SAP, Acumatica, quoting engine for amedical supplier. Additionally, he has 10 years of expertise and strategic management experience in inventory management, data analytics, document management system and workflow solutions.
He is an accomplished professional with proven expertise in Product management, Project Management and Agile way of working. Mr. Kumarholds Masters and Bachelor degrees from Delhi University. Mr. Kumar also holds many certifications for Microsoft Certified Practitioner and holds Scrum Master & SAFe Agilist certificate.
Mr. Kumar is a Senior Technical Architect in Data warehousing, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics specialist. He is having 15+ years of experience in different BI tools and data analysis projects. He has domain knowledge of Healthcare, Retail, Distribution and Manufacturing. He has implemented various successful projects on Data analysis, Visualization, Sentiment analysis, Marine Tracking, Machine Learning and predictive analysis for various domains. He is well suited for Analytics, Visualization, Database ,data modelling and data migration across heterogeneous database environment.
Prior to joining Trident, Mr. Kumar worked as a Lead and Technical Architect on data visualization and analysis project for logistic company for analyzing daily activity and warehouse status for various levels of business users to help strategic decision.
Mr. Kumar is holding Master and Bachelor degree in Computer Application from Delhi University, India.
